Las Olas Wellness Studio
The Challenge
A Pilates and breathwork studio owner on Las Olas had outgrown her original location and signed a lease on a raw shell. Her brand identity was clear — serene, natural, non-clinical — but the blank concrete box had no spatial flow, no acoustic treatment, and felt nothing like her vision of a sanctuary for her clients.
Our Approach
We organized the 1,800 sq ft around three zones: a retail/reception area that doubles as a product display, the primary studio with floating cork flooring and bespoke acoustic panels in natural linen, and a recovery lounge with dim lighting and day-bed seating. Materials were sourced to be non-toxic and low-VOC throughout — a non-negotiable for a wellness brand.
The Result
A studio that practices what it preaches. Clients remark on the calm the moment they walk through the door — before a single class begins. Retail sales have increased because the reception area feels like a curated apothecary, not an afterthought.

“My studio finally matches the experience I've been promising clients for years. The design doesn't just look good — it actively makes people feel better.”
