Luxury Primary Suite & Dressing Room
The Challenge
The clients purchased a newly constructed shell — raw drywall, no finishes, no character. They had one clear directive: the suite had to feel like the finest hotel room they had ever stayed in, but warmer and more personal. Starting from nothing is both a gift and a pressure.
Our Approach
The suite was organised around three interconnected spaces: a sleeping chamber given architecture through bespoke plaster panel mouldings and a chandelier scaled to the tray ceiling; a dressing room with backlit glass display cabinetry, a herringbone parquet floor, and a marble-topped island dresser; and a garden-facing sitting area that ties both together. A full-height upholstered headboard wall anchors the sleeping zone without competing with the detail elsewhere.
The Result
A suite that delivers the quiet luxury the clients imagined from an empty shell. The balance between a soft warm palette and the precision of the millwork creates sustained ease — the feeling of a great hotel, with the emotional warmth of home.

“We handed Adi an empty box. She gave us back a room we genuinely cannot believe is ours.”
